Having realised the benefits of cloud-based platform and numerous feedback received from SMEs, the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (ASME) has recently unveiled a new local cloud-based integrated solution for local SMEs in Singapore.
It’s supported by Enterprise Singapore, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
The solution encompasses 3 major aspects – accounting, HR management and compliance.
For the accounting, it includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, inventory management, fixed assets, etc.
For the HR management, other than the routine payroll and expense claims, it also covers recruitment and performance appraisal.
For the compliance, it helps the business owners to generate the annual report, GST report, corporate tax computation and financial statement highlights in XBRL (extensible business reporting language).
By adopting the cloud-based solution, the SMEs will gain an increase in productivity and reduce cost.
The business owners will also be able to have an oversight of their financial data and tax position at anywhere and anytime.
As the 3 aspects covered by the solution are fundamental and essential to every business, the SMEs could view the adoption as a starting point for digital transformation before taking full-blown approach to digitalise all business processes.
In addition, the solution is supported by the government grant up to 70% for all SMEs and it could either be used by your in-house finance team or your outsourced accountant.
If you are keen to find out more details about the solution and how it could help you to reduce business costs, we will be glad to provide you with a complimentary demo and share with you our expertise.
